The Good Neighbour Reward

1. Who it's for. Homeowners and landlords who give Black & Blanc a new sole-agency sales instruction, or a new lettings instruction, for a property that hasn't been on the market with us in the last 6 months.
2. How to claim. (a) Fill in the valuation or rental valuation form on kunaltrehan.com and tick the Good Neighbour Reward box. You'll be given a reward code on screen, and it's recorded with your enquiry. (b) Quote that code when you instruct us. It will be written into your terms of business. The reward can't be added after you've instructed.
3. The £400. For a sale, £400 (including VAT) is taken off our fee on your completion invoice. For a letting, it's taken off the first fees due. It can't reduce a fee below zero, has no cash alternative, and can't be used with any other discount or offer, except that a referred client may still claim it.
4. The £100 donation. Black & Blanc donates £100 to St Christopher's Hospice when the sale completes or the tenancy starts. It's paid by us, not deducted from you.
5. Limits. One code and one reward per property. Codes are valid for 6 months from issue and can't be transferred. If the instruction is withdrawn or the sale or tenancy doesn't go ahead, no reward or donation is due.

Monthly free-sale draw

1. Free to enter. No purchase or instruction is needed to enter. You're entered automatically when you request a market or rental appraisal using the form on kunaltrehan.com. You can also enter by emailing your name, phone number and property address to hello@kunaltrehan.com with the subject "Free-sale draw".
2. Who can enter. UK residents aged 18 or over who own, or are the landlord of, a property in a BR1, BR2, BR3 or BR4 postcode. Black & Blanc and Pillar Finance staff and their households can't enter. One entry per property per month.
3. The draw. Each calendar month is a separate draw, starting with entries received from 28 October 2026 to 30 November 2026. There is one winner, and one free sale, each month. The winner is picked at random from all valid entries on the first working day of the following month, and contacted by phone or email within 7 days. If we can't reach the winner within 14 days, we'll draw again.
4. The prize. Black & Blanc's agency fee waived, up to £5,000 including VAT, when the winner instructs Black & Blanc on a sole-agency sale within 12 months of the draw and the sale completes. For a letting, the tenant-find or set-up fee and the first 3 months of any management fee are waived, up to the same £5,000 limit. Any fee above £5,000 is payable as normal. The prize has no cash alternative, can't be transferred, and can't be combined with the Good Neighbour Reward's £400 discount (the £100 donation to St Christopher's still applies).
5. Winners. We'll publish the winner's first name and area, or provide them on request, unless the winner objects.
6. Changes. We'll give at least one month's notice on this page before ending the monthly draw. Entries already received keep the terms in place when they entered.

Referrals

1. Who can refer. Anyone aged 18 or over, except Black & Blanc and Pillar Finance staff and their households.
2. Who you can refer. Someone new to Black & Blanc, who hasn't instructed or contacted us in the last 12 months, and who is happy for us to get in touch.
3. How it works. (a) Send the referral form on kunaltrehan.com. You'll be given a referral code on screen, and it's recorded with your referral. (b) The person you referred quotes your code when they instruct us. Without the code at instruction, we can't link the referral to you.
4. What you get. £250 for each referred sale that completes, and £150 for each referred letting where a tenancy of at least 6 months starts. From your third completed referral in any 12 months, each one is £400.
5. Payment. Paid within 30 days of completion or tenancy start, by bank transfer or as a gift card for a local independent business, whichever you prefer.
6. One referrer per client. If more than one person refers the same client, the first code quoted at instruction counts.
7. Mortgages and protection. Referrals to Pillar Finance are very welcome, but don't earn a referral reward.

General

1. The promoter is Black & Blanc Company Ltd (company no. 10577799), 240 High Street, Beckenham BR3 1EN.
2. We may change or end these offers by updating this page. Codes already issued and instructions already agreed keep the terms in place at the time.
3. We use your details only to run the reward and referral, as set out in our privacy notice. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
